PHOTO: Powder Day in Niseko, Japan (B&W)
Even though I’m loving Granada, I’m still missing skiing/snowboarding. Here’s a photo from just about one year ago — a GLORIOUS powder day in Niseko, Japan.
Click the pic to see it BIG. This photo is part of my Meatless Monday series, in which I feature a new photo each week. Because who likes to read on Mondays? I’m starting to get back into Pinterest, so come join in the fun!

My lofty life goals include raising a gaggle of happy chickens, taking the perfect jumpy pic on every continent, and making YOU realize you don't need to work a boring 9-5 and then travel the world. Use seasonal adventure jobs to travel NOW. What are you waiting for?

There is so much snow!! I was on a Bulgarian slope for about two hours last week and I wish it had looked liked this. I have never ridden in Japan and after a bad year of mountain time in Korea, I hope to try it one day.
Ohhhh yeah. Japan is worlds better than Korea. Just save up your money and go there instead! Bulgaria, though — that sounds interesting!
